I entered into the consulting profession because of a desire to assist and aid manufacturing companies solve complex production problems. With over 25 years of consulting expertise, I have worked in various sized manufacturing companies ranging from Fortune 200 firms to smaller family-owned businesses. Broad management responsibilities on a variety of assignments has given me the experience and skills required to deal with industry problems.
The current challenges companies must meet in order to compete and survive in the global marketplace today has taught me to develop a sympathetic attitude for current management problems.
